The Dublin Counseling Center announced the appointment of Kathy Ritchey to clinical director.

According to a news release from the nonprofit center, Ritchey held the same position in the 1990s, but left for private practice.

Ritchey will take her post along with new executive director Julie Erwin Rinaldi.

Rinaldi is taking over for Kathryn Mihelich-Helms, who is moving to Colorado.

H. Ritchey Hollenbaugh, a partner in the law firm Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, has been appointed by Franklin County commissioners to chair the county's Law Library Resources Board.

The board provides legal research, reference and library services to the county and its municipal corporations, townships and courts.

Hollenbaugh received his undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 1969 and his law degree from Capital University in 1973. He is a past president of the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations.

Michael Sauer, a certified public accountant with Dublin-based Compeer Partners, recently earned the enrolled agent designation by passing the IRS special enrollment exam.

An enrolled agent is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS for audits, collections and appeals.
