Leadership Dublin will hold its annual fundraiser from 7 to 9 p.m. March 10 at Leo Alfred Jewelers, 4115 W. Dublin Granville Road.

The event will include raffles, food and networking; the primary raffle is for a diamond donated by Leo Alfred. Tickets for the champagne raffle are $35, and the drawing will be held when a shamrock-shaped ice sculpture melts and reveals the diamond, Leadership Dublin said in a release.

Local government officials have been invited to the event, and a business card drawing will be held for a copy of the book "Dublin's Journey."

The event is free to Leadership Dublin alumni who have paid their dues; guests can register for the event for $20. Registration must be completed by March 8 and can be done by calling (614) 761-0694.

Dublin received more stimulus funds last week as the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency announced another round of grants for water pollution and drinking water projects.

Through the Ohio EPA, Dublin received $546,112 from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for two sanitary sewer projects.

According to information from the city, $162,953 in ARRA funds will go toward building a sanitary sewer at two job-ready sites in the city's Central Ohio Innovation Center.

The other $383,159 will help fund the lining of 8,340 feet of sewer to "restore hydraulic capacity to the city's sewer system," a release from the city said.

Both projects are expected to be finished this year.
