Dublin residents will get a look at greener living at the city's annual Eco Dublin Expo next weekend.

More than 45 organizations are signed up for the event that runs from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 10, at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Road.

The free expo will offer information from city foresters and nature education experts; the "Right Tree, Right Place" program also will provide information to residents. A talk on the emerald ash borer is slated for 10 a.m. in the Abbey Theater.

The Ohio Mobile Shredding truck will be on hand for residents to safely recycle old financial documents and other paper items.

Wayward Seed Farm will attend the Eco Dublin Expo for the first time, providing information on events and a weekly farmers market. Other retailers and organizations set to educate residents on green and sustainable living include Greenovate, CFL Battery Recycling, Columbus Lighting, Dublin Garden Club, the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, Dublin's horticulture team, Generation Green, Elfner Lawncare and Friends of the Scioto.

The expo is free and open to the public. For more information, look online at Dublin.oh.us.
