Required immunizations are $10 each for children ages 1 month to 18 years, plus a $15 assessment fee per visit. Cost for adult vaccines varies, and a $15 assessment fee applies. International travel vaccines are not available. Cash or check payments only. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay for childhood immunizations. Sea Scout Ship 280 (Venturing, Boy Scouts of America) will perform a United States Flag Retirement Ceremony at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Leatherlips Yacht Club.

The purpose of the ceremony is to promote American heritage and provide a community service by honorably disposing of worn United States flags. Flags will be retired by burning with honor and dignity during the ceremony.

Those who have a worn flag they would like to retire may drop it off at Leatherlips Yacht Club, 9230 Shawnee Trail, Powell. Flags may be left at the gate in the event that no one is available.

The Chamber Music Connection will present its chamber orchestra in concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 35 E. Stanton Ave. The concert will feature senior soloists, including Nikita Annenkov, a student at Dublin Scioto High School.

Other Dublin residents participating include: Emma Barber, Graham Barber, Daniel Hong, Jason Huang, Zarius Shroff, George Zhang, Jesse Hsu, Serena Hsu, Mina Lee, Daniel Murray and Jacob Murray.

The Columbus Symphony Orchestra Cadet Orchestra will hold its fall concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, in Capital University's Mees Hall.

Dublin residents Ashley Glass, Lauren Lin, Sanghoon Ahn, Manaka Suzuki, Amanda Keller, Sushan Yu, Miyo Shinozawa, Jisoo Hong, Karl Moghissi, Simon Zhuang, Graham Barber, Benjamin Cheng, Gil Im, Eric Cheng, Yiwei Zhang, Deborah Hong, Rachel Monroe, Kaan Catalyurek, Arjun Venkataraman, Wei Huang, Ishan Sethi, Sruti Tekumanalla, Joanne Kim, JongHyun Park, Jinseok Yang, Jesse Hsu and Megan Snide are members of the orchestra.

The cadet orchestra is comprised of students in grades 7-10 and performs some unabridged classical works, some arranged for student orchestra and some pieces from the popular/film genre. The ensemble is under the direction of Mark Sholl and Dr. Jim Bates.

The program will include works by Haydn, Dello Joio and Cherubini. Admission is free.
