The redevelopment of the area that includes Lifestyle Family Fitness and Golfsmith soon will host two new restaurants, a hotel and up to 40,000 square feet of retail space.

The development will be at New Market.

"Casto intends to turn over possession of the outparcels to the new restaurants by October in order for them to commence construction," Sarah Heinrichs, spokesperson for Casto, said in a press release. "Please stay tuned for official announcements of the restaurants and hotel user."

The demolition of the 115,000-square-foot building that previously housed Comp USA and other businesses started today (June 23).
