A Dublin man was indicted last week on five counts of voyeurism and 16 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

A Dublin man was indicted last week on five counts of voyeurism and 16 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Royce Nicely, 41, was indicted by a Franklin County grand jury for allegedly taking videos of a girl without her knowledge between May 2010 and August 2011. The videos, that revealed the girl in various states of nudity, were found on a business computer, along with other child pornography videos, a news release from the office of Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien said.

Nicely was indicted on two counts of fifth-degree felony voyeurism; one count of third-degree misdemeanor voyeurism; two counts of second-degree misdemeanor voyeurism; 16 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

"If convicted on all charges, the defendant faces in excess of 10 years incarceration," O'Brien said in the release.
