* A vehicle parked in the 5400 block of Briardale Lane was reported damaged between 12:01 and 10 a.m. Aug. 27 when it was sprayed with paint.

According to Dublin police reports, the vehicle owner said a child that lives nearby admitted to doing it.

* The window of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 8800 block of Locherbie Court was reported broken between 8 p.m. Aug. 31 and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 1.

Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle, police reports said.

* A GPS unit, purse, credit cards and other items were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 4100 block of Macduff Way between 11 p.m. Sept. 1 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 2.

* A GPS unit, pair of sunglasses and 96 CDs were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Tuswell Drive between 5 and 8 p.m. Sept. 2.

* Police responded to a report of an assault between a cyclist and driver stemming from road rage between 5:30 and 5:40 p.m. Sept. 3 near the intersection of Muirfield Drive and Crossgate Court.

* Eight checks were reported stolen from a business in the first block of West Bridge Street between 8 a.m. July 13 and 5 p.m. Aug. 29. According to police reports, a suspect wrote the checks out to himself for a total of $3,178.

According to Dublin police reports, $551 was stolen from a business in the 6300 block of Sawmill Road between 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 4.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 3900 block of Dundrum Drive between 9 p.m. Sept. 5 and 9 p.m. Sept. 6.
