Dublin council mulling incentives to bring nearly 100 new jobs
Four economic development agreements that could bring about 100 new jobs to Dublin were heard by council members this week.
At the Aug. 12 meeting, Dublin City Council members approved two economic development agreements with Navidea Biopharmaceuticals and Persistent Systems that will mean 50 new jobs in the city.
Another two economic development agreements were given first readings and are expected to be voted on Aug. 26.
One agreement would bring Decillion Healthcare LLC to Dublin along with 22 new jobs. Another would relocate ProspeX LLC, retaining 25 jobs and creating another 27.
