Residents can meet Dublin City Schools Superintendent Todd Hoadley at three public coffee events slated for Sept. 16 and 23 and Oct. 4. The events will have no set agenda of topics to be discussed, but will be largely informational and a way to get to know the new superintendent.

"This is an opportunity for the public to chat with me about the district without an appointment," Hoadley said in a news release from the district. "It is important for me to be visible and engaged in the community not just when the district is on the ballot, but all the time."

The events will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 16 in Panera Bread, 2750 Martin Road; 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sept. 23 in Tim Hortons, 7493 Sawmill Road; and 7 to 8:30 a.m. Oct. 4 in Panera Bread, 6665 Perimeter Loop Road.
