Dublin: Cash reported stolen in break-in at business

Dublin police reported $40 was stolen when a business was broken into the 4900 block of Bradenton Avenue between 8 p.m. Aug. 21 and 9 a.m. Aug. 22.

Dublin Police were called to the business by an alarm at 1:23 a.m. Aug. 22, but found all the doors secured.

Police were called to the business when employees arrived for work the next morning and discovered the money had been stolen.

In other recent Dublin police reports:

* A laptop computer was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 6200 block of Inishmore Lane between 9 p.m. Aug. 26 and 9 a.m. Aug. 27. A window was broken to get into the vehicle.

Another vehicle in the same block was also broken into the same night and a GPS unit was stolen.

* A bag containing a stethoscope and hospital ID was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 6100 block of Parkside Crossing between 8:30 p.m. Aug. 28 and 1:02 a.m. Aug. 29.

A window was broken to get into the car.

* The window of a vehicle parked in the 5700 block of Mark Lane was broken and an in-dash stereo was stolen between 11 p.m. Aug. 28 and 8:45 a.m. Aug. 29.

Another vehicle was also broken into in the same area on the same night. A stereo, pair of sunglasses and USB drive were stolen.

* A laptop was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 5700 block of Heathstead Lane between 7 p.m. Aug. 28 and 8:40 a.m. Aug. 29.

* Two pairs of shoes, a bag, ID, $15 and other items were stolen from a vehicle parked in Coffman Park between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Aug. 29.

* An iPhone was stolen when it was accidentally left on a bench in a locker room at a business in the 3800 block of Hard Road between 3 and 4 p.m. Aug. 21.

* The window of a vehicle parked in the 6300 block of Dublin Industrial Lane was broken between 6 p.m. Aug. 22 and 7 a.m. Aug. 23. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle.
