Johnson, 13, earns 33 of 36 on ACT
Sells Middle School student Nari Johnson earned an award for her performance on the NUMATS.
The Northwestern University Midwest Talent Search gives students in grades 3-9 a chance to take the SAT or ACT and gives out awards to the top 1 percent of test-takers.
Johnson, who took the college entrance test at age 13, earned a composite score of 33 out of 36 on the ACT.
Awards were given Sept. 7 on the Northwestern University campus in Evanston, Ill.
