Dublin: Purses stolen from vehicles in Darree Fields Park

Two vehicles were broken into in Darree Fields Park.

A purse and several credit cards were stolen from a vehicle at the park in the 6200 block of Cosgray Road between 3:40 and 6 p.m. Sept. 14. A window was broken to get in.

Another vehicle was broken into during the same time and a purse was stolen.

In other recent Dublin police reports:

* The window of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 7500 block of Chancery Drive was broken and a lunch bag and bag of toys were stolen between 2:30 and 10 a.m. Sept. 14.

The bags were found in a parking lot not too far away, according to reports.

* The window of a vehicle parked in the 5700 block of Parkside Crossing was broken between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 13 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 14.

Damage was done to the vehicle when someone tried to remove the radio and in-dash GPS unit, but nothing was stolen from the vehicle.

* Dublin police responded to a burglary alarm at a residence in the 8800 block of Braids Court between 8 and 8:35 a.m. Sept. 14.

They found damage to a dead bolt lock on a door, but found no one inside.

Pry marks were also found on a first floor window. Nothing was reported stolen.

* An iPhone was stolen from an unlocked locker at the Dublin Recreation Center, 5600 Post Road between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Sept. 15.
