The City of Dublin Halloween Spooktacular, 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Road. The free event features a Haunted Trail, Trunk or Treat Trail, demonstrations from The Turtle Lady and Bug Man, a professional pumpkin carver, crafts, music and a hay maze. Worthington Hills Women's Club, 40th anniversary celebration, 6 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Worthington Hills Country Club, 920 Clubview Blvd. S.
