Nominations for members of the 2014 Dublin City Schools Hall of Fame are being sought.
The Hall of Fame currently has more than 55 members and is seeking nominations for the 2014 induction ceremony in May that will be held in conjunction with the Dublin Schools 50-year reunion.
The Hall of Fame was established in 2008 by the Alumni Association to honor achievements of Dublin City School graduates and non-graduates who have made significant contributions to the district.
To be considered for induction graduates must exhibit one or more of the following characteristics:
* Show leadership in their chosen profession.
* Demonstrate unique talents and accomplishments.
* Be involved in their community.
* Have a distinguished military career.
* Have graduated at least five years ago.
Dublin City School graduates who have died in the line of duty are also eligible for posthumous induction into the Hall of Fame.
Non-graduates up for induction must have had positive involvement with the district over a number of years. Nominations can be made online at dublinschools.net or via a form at the district office, 7030 Coffman Road.
