Scioto High School will be filled with the Sounds of the Season Dec. 15.

The annual holiday concert from the Dublin Wind Symphony is slated for 3 p.m. Dec. 15 at Scioto High School, 4000 Hard Road.

For the "Sounds of the Season" concert, the Dublin Wind Symphony will provide holiday tunes under the direction of Jeff Chesser and Assistant Conductor C. Alex Juarez.

Admission to the concert is free, but the public is encouraged to bring non-perishable food or hygiene items to donate to the Dublin Food Pantry.

Last year's concert collected more than 1,000 items for the food pantry weighing 733 pounds, said Erica Wood, marketing and communications director for Dublin Community Bands.

"Wind symphony members then delivered, sorted and stocked the items for the pantry," Wood said.

"With what we've collected so far this year, we're on par to beat last year's donation numbers."
