A Dublin 6-year-old died this week from injuries she received in a March 17 accident.
Alexdra Vompe died April 1 in Nationwide Children's Hospital. She was a passenger in a car involved in an automobile accident about 8 p.m. March 17 on Dublin Road.
Reports said Dublin resident Natalia Golubeva, 48, the girl’s mother, was driving south in the 8600 block of Dublin Road and Ariel Glass, 17, also of Dublin, was driving north. The two cars collided according to reports.
Golubeva and Glass were transported to area hospitals in stable condition and Vompe was transported to Children’s Hospital.
The cause of the car accident has not yet been determined and no charges have been filed.
Dublin police officials said they expect the investigation into the crash to take a few months.
