Dublin: Teens nabbed for underage drinking

Two teen-agers were cited for underage drinking at a residence in the 8600 block of Hawick Court between 1:30 and 2:23 a.m. Aug. 10.

According to police reports, officers responded to a call about loud teenagers.

When they reached the residence and saw an outdoor gathering, several teens fled from the house on foot.

A Dublin 18-year-old was also cited in the incident for minor possession of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

In other recent Dublin police reports:

• A kayak was reported stolen between 12:01 and 7 a.m. Aug. 9.

The kayak was secured to a vehicle parked at a residence in the 6300 block of Wynford Drive.

• A wallet containing four bank cards was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a residence in the 5900 block of Hathaway Avenue between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 12 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 13.

• A card case with identification and two credit cards was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 5700 block of Baronscourt Way between 1 and 5 a.m. Aug. 14.
