Nick Magistrale, who has been Dublin Jerome High School's athletics director since the school opened in 2004, has been named AD at Dublin Scioto.

Magistrale replaces Kip Witchey, who was named an assistant principal at Scioto on Aug. 11.

Magistrale will remain the athletics director at Jerome until a replacement is named.

"After extensive consideration and discussions with my family, I felt the Dublin Scioto High School athletics director position was a new opportunity and challenge that I was eager to pursue," Magistrale said. "It is the right opportunity, in the right position, at the right time for myself and my family."

Under Magistrale, Jerome has won 42 OCC, 13 district, three regional and seven state titles.
