Four members of the Dublin Jerome High School girls soccer team and one member of the Celtics boys team signed letters of intent Feb. 1 to continue their careers at the college level.

Each of the girls signed with a Division I school.

Senior Courtney Kobashigawa, a midfielder who was named first-team all-OCC-Cardinal Division and all-district and second-team all-state last fall, will attend the University of Kentucky.

Senior Abbey Drake, a defender, will attend Duquesne in Pittsburgh, and senior Katie Mazurek, a midfielder, will play at Miami University. Both were second-team all-league last season.

Senior Amelia Robison, a defender who was honorable mention all-league last fall, will attend Akron.

Senior Joe Davison, a defender who was first-team all-league and all-district and second-team all-state last season, signed with Cedarville, a Division II program.

Last fall, the Jerome girls team lost to Strongsville 1-0 in the Division I state final to finish 20-2-1, and the boys team finished 8-7-3, losing to Reynoldsburg 2-1 in a district semifinal.
