Gwendolyn Boyce, of Gahanna, has joined the Columbus Speech & Hearing Center as an occupational therapist.

Gwendolyn Boyce, of Gahanna, has joined the Columbus Speech & Hearing Center as an occupational therapist.

The center is a nonprofit United Way organization and serves nearly 10,000 people annually.

Boyce is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to children in the areas of fine and gross motor skill development, sensory integrative processing and perceptual/cognitive skills.

Boyce has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Miami University of Ohio and a master's degree in occupational therapy from Ohio State University.

Gayle Troy, of Gahanna, has joined the Ohio Business Week Foundation as executive director. The sole purpose of OBWF is to raise funds and organize Ohio Business Week, a weeklong summer business program for high school students.

Troy will be responsible for overseeing the foundation's finances; securing new and maintaining existing corporate support; establishing and maintaining links with statewide organizations; and managing staff and volunteers.

Troy is a former communications supervisor for the Columbus City Schools. She is also an established entrepreneur with experience in marketing and development. Troy has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
