Gahanna residents have multiple options for the disposal of limbs, branches, tree and shrub debris.

Gahanna residents have multiple options for the disposal of limbs, branches, tree and shrub debris.

Rumpke will continue to pick up yard waste on Mondays, including limbs, branches, tree and shrub trimmings, as long as they are prepared properly. Yard debris must be bundled with light twine, no more than 2 feet by 4 feet in size and weigh less than 50 pounds.

Tree trunks must be less than 8 inches in diameter and weigh less than 50 pounds. Debris must be placed at the curb prior to 6 a.m. on collection day. Do not allow foliage to overflow into the gutter.

Residents can also drop off any size debris at the Gahanna Service Complex, 152 Oklahoma Drive, by the trash bin marked "Yard Waste."

The Gahanna Service Department will be making special pick-ups. Residents can place limbs and branches curbside to be picked up. Tree trunks must be less than 8 inches and diameter and may also be placed at the curb.

Call the Gahanna Service Department at (614) 342-4005 to be placed on the list. The pick-ups may take several days to complete.
