Thank you.

Im writing this letter in support of electing Joseph Gergley to Gahanna City Council.

Gergley is one of the most loyal, trustworthy and fair minded individuals Ive ever met. Hes passionate about his hometown and is eager to talk to Gahanna residents about the issues. When I asked Gergley why he is running for city council, he rattled off four or five different issues, including preventing a tax increase.

I told Gergley hed have a fight on his hands preventing the 1-percent tax increase. His reply was, Its a fight worth having.

There is no doubt in my mind that Joseph Gergley will go to bat for Gahanna voters when they need him. He wont back down or cave to the status quo. Id ask Gahanna to join me this November and vote for Joseph Gergley for Gahanna City Council Ward 2.

It was recently brought my attention by campaign supporters for my opponent in the current race for city attorney of Gahanna that the format of my campaign logo, which I have used for the last eight years, might be confusing to residents.

The logo states my name and the office for which I am seeking election underneath the U.S. flag.

I firmly believe that residents know Tom Weber is the current city attorney, retiring after serving Gahanna more than 31 years. It has been suggested by inserting the word for in the logo, even though it is not required by law, would provide clarity.

If anyone has any of the literature without the word for in the campaign logo and would like for it to be replaced, please contact me at my website, www.gahanna.info.

I apologize if there was any confusion and ask for your support to continue to move Gahanna forward in a positive direction.
