Thank you to the kind people of the Gahanna-Jefferson school district for electing me to another term on the board of education.

Thank you to the kind people of the Gahanna-Jefferson school district for electing me to another term on the board of education.

Campaigning is time-consuming and hard work, but made easier by the generous people who offered to put signs in their yards, passed out materials, talked to their friends and neighbors on my behalf, and gave words of encouragement as we walked the neighborhoods.

I look forward to continue working for the children of the Gahanna-Jefferson schools and for the residents of our school district for another four years. Thank you again.

As a member of a Kiwanis Club, I was interested in the article regarding the Gahanna Lincoln High School Key Club and its art show project hosting “The Goodness of Humanity” which will benefit Gahanna Residents in Need.

How many people reading that article know that a Key Club is the high school version of Kiwanis International? Kiwanis was not mentioned in the article.

Kiwanis International has the most “stepping stone” youth clubs of any service club — elementary, junior high, high school, college and AKTION clubs for mentally and physically challenged youth. Their service projects benefit the community and primarily children.

“Serving the Children of the World” is our objective. Thanks to all of these young people who get the message that we are here to help one another. And, especially, thanks to the Gahanna Key Club for their work.
