Wendy Winkler, owner of Brown Hare Herb Co., leads the "Chocolate: Food of the Gods" class at the Ohio Herb Education Center Feb. 9. The Gahanna Convention & Visitors Center turned the Herbal Trail into a Valentine's Day venue, featuring chocolate as a theme and including such offerings as culinary, gardening, shopping, eco-learning and wellness points of interest.
