The Women's Board of the Central Ohio Diabetes Association will host the Deck the Halls Tour of Homes and Candlelight Celebration Dec. 4 and 5.

The Women's Board of the Central Ohio Diabetes Association will host the Deck the Halls Tour of Homes and Candlelight Celebration Dec. 4 and 5.

The tour will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, at six Upper Arlington residences. Area florists will dress each home in holiday splendor. An added bonus for visitors will be a home that was once a stop on the Underground Railroad.

The tour will include a Jingle Bell Boutique, complimentary sweets and beverages at Café Fa La La, a raffle of themed gift baskets and Dasher's Dining Ornaments.

Tickets for the Deck the Halls Tour are $17 per person in advance, and $20 the day of the tour. Tickets are available at Huffman's Market, Tortoise Shell and online at www.deckthehallsfordiabetes.org.

The Candlelight Celebration is a cocktail party that runs from 7:30-11 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, at the Galbreath home, 2525 Leeds Road. Tickets for the celebration are $100 per person, and include a complimentary Tour of Homes admission.

Proceeds will support the camp and youth programs of Central Ohio Diabetes Association. For more information, call 884-4400.

Columbus Children's Theatre will present the holiday musical "Ebenezer!" Nov. 28 through Dec. 21 at CCT's 512 N. Park St. theater.

A cast of 32 actors is featured in this musical version of Dickens' classic "a Christmas Carol" story.

The show is recommended for ages 4 and up.

German Village resident Ryan Michael Scarlata plays Young Scrooge in the play.
