Actors' Theatre of Columbus is holding auditions this weekend for its summer play season.

John S. Kuhn, artistic director for the German Village-based troupe, said roles are available for "Robin Hood," "Merchant of Venice" and "Servant of Two Masters."

Those interested can sign up at www.theactorstheatre.org or can drop by during auditions, which are being held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 3, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at the Meeting Haus, 588 S. Third St.

Kuhn said a wide range of roles are available for people of all age ranges, backgrounds and acting experience. Actors are encouraged to have a classical monologue prepared but it isn't required.

"We really strive to make this a positive experience no matter what kinds of training you've had in the past," he said.
