Republican German Village voters will decide between incumbent Rep. Steve Stivers and challenger Charles Chope in the primary for the 15th Congressional District.

Democrats will decide between Pat Lang and Scott Wharton.

The winners will face Independent Warren Taylor in November.

Voters in neighboring Merion Village and Schumacher Place will vote in the 3rd Congressional District.

Democrats appearing on the primary ballot are Joyce Beatty, Ted Celeste, Mary Jo Kilroy and Priscilla Tyson.

Republicans vying for the nomination are Chris Long and John Adams.

The fall ballot for the 3rd District also will include Green Party candidate Bob Fitrakis and Libertarian Richard Ehrbar.

Local voters also will see an unopposed primary race for the state legislature.

Democrat Michael Stinziano, who currently represents the 25th Ohio House District, and Republican Bill Colgan are running to represent the newly drawn 18th District.

All candidates for Franklin County commissioner also are unopposed in the primary.
