Columbus Historical Society, author discussion and book signing, 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 4, in the extreme theater within COSI, 333 W. Broad St. Local authors will share and discuss their works about Ohio and Columbus history. Authors scheduled to participate include Mary Joe Bole, Conrade C. Hinds, David Meyers and Elise Meyers Walker. Their book titles are Combing Columbus, Columbus and the Great Flood of 1913: The Disaster that Reshaped the Ohio Valley, The Great Columbus Experiment of 1908: Water Works that Changed the World, Columbus State Community College: An Informal History and Inside the Ohio Penitentiary, respectfully.
