A Columbus man was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence, failure to display a license plate, expired plates, failure to obey a traffic control device and driving under suspension.

A Columbus man was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with driving in marked lanes, speeding and operating a vehicle while under the influence.

A Hilliard woman was cited for menacing and criminal mischief after a Mulford Road resident reported Feb. 19 the woman had left numerous items, including a collection of magazine clippings, photographs, greeting cards, notes, candy, silverware and clothing, in front of her garage. The Grandview resident said some of the items were addressed to her and had threatening messages written on them. She said she was afraid for her safety.

A Columbus man was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with speeding and operating a vehicle while under the influence.

A Gahanna man was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Columbus man was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with no operator's license and driving under suspension.

Officers were dispatched Feb. 17 to the 800 block of Northwest Boulevard when a woman called to report a man and woman were attempting to take her car. Police found two people inside the vehicle when they arrived. The pair were handcuffed and removed from the car. The victim identified a bag in her car which did not belong to her or her family. Neither suspect claimed the bag, which contained a small amount of marijuana, scales, oxycodone tablets and a loaded 22 caliber derringer among other items. Upon further investigation, the man, who is a Columbus resident, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Other charges are pending.

A Columbus man was cited Feb. 16 for making an illegal left turn, no operator's license and driving under suspension. The passenger in the car, the owner of the vehicle, was cited for wrongful entrustment of a vehicle.

A Grandview woman was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with petty theft.

A representative of the 11th Capitular District of the Royal Arch Masons of Ohio reported Feb. 12 that $47,000 had been embezzled by one of the organization's members.
