A Blacklick woman was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with driving under suspension after being stopped for having only one working headlight. She was also cited for open container in a vehicle.

A Grandview resident was charged Oct. 22 with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Columbus man was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, no operator's license, speeding and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

A Reynoldsburg man was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with no operator's license after police stopped the car he was driving. Records indicated the car was stolen, but it turned out the car had been recovered the previous week by Columbus police, but never removed from the list of stolen vehicles. The owner of the car arrived to picked the car up and confirmed the driver was her boyfriend. After being arrested and taken to the county jail, the driver admitted to being an illegal immigrant from Mexico. Arrangements for deportation were made.

The owner of a warehouse in the 800 block of Williams Avenue reported Oct. 20 that 15 UPC batteries were stolen from the building. Total loss was $150.
