• A Columbus man was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with driving under suspension and no operator's license. He was released after a mayor's court date was set.

• A Columbus man was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with no operator's license, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was taken to the police department and released to a friend after being processed.

• A Columbus woman was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence and speeding. She was released on her own recognizance to a sober individual after being processed.

• A Columbus man was cited Jan. 28 for driving under suspension.

• A vehicle was stopped Jan. 28 at Westwood and Bluff after police observed it traveling around several blocks at a high rate of speed. Officers were given consent to search the vehicle and found two baggies of marijuana in the glove box and several bottles of alcohol in the truck accessible through the back seat. None of the three occupants of the car took responsibility for the items and each was advised a summons for possession of drugs would be mailed to them. All three occupants are from Grove City.

• A Pittsburgh man was arrested Jan. 27 following a non-injury crash and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence, failure to control and no operator's license. He was released after posting bond.

• A Columbus man was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of a headlight violation, driving under suspension and no operator's license and on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Franklin County clerk's office and released after posting bond on the warrant.

• A resident of the 1500 block of Lincoln Road reported Jan. 26 that his identify had been stolen and several credit cards were opened in his name. An investigation is pending.

• Officers were dispatched Jan. 26 to an apartment on Roxbury Road to assist Franklin County sheriff's deputies with a felony warrant arrest for a suspect who was in his residence. Forced entry was made and the suspect was arrested and taken to the Franklin County Jail by deputies.

• Officers responded Jan. 24 to a residence in the 1000 block of Broadview Avenue on a report of a burglary. The victim reported that sometime on or before Jan. 19 a chainsaw and drywall drill were stolen from his garage. Total loss was $350. The man located one of the items at a pawn shop and officers found the other item at a thrift store. A Dublin man was found to have sold both items. A warrant for receiving stolen property was filed on the man through Franklin County Municipal Court.

• Two residents made separate reports on Jan. 24 that fraudulent activity had occurred on their PayPal accounts. The first victim reported an unauthorized purchase had been made on her account. The second report involved four checks, valued at $4,000, being written on the account and two of the checks being cashed using the victim's bank information.

• An employee of a business in the 1400 block of Dublin Road reported Jan. 24 that a 100-foot roll of fencing, a truck frame and duct work were stolen from the property. Total loss was $1,740.

• A woman reported Jan. 23 that luggage, dinnerware and Christmas decorations were stolen from her storage unit at her apartment building on Roxbury Road. Total loss was $1,650.
