Resident reports broken window

* A resident of the 800 block of McClain Road reported Nov. 24 that the windshield wipers of his vehicle were damaged and one of the windows of his garage door was broken. He told Grandview Heights police nothing appeared to be missing from the garage or vehicle. Total damage was estimated at $150.

* A resident of the 1100 block of Mulford Road reported Nov. 20 that the rear window of her vehicle had been broken. Damage was estimated at $235.

* A representative of a business in the 1000 block of Dublin Road reported Nov. 20 that two checks were copied with the business information, including account and routing numbers, and cashed at a bank Nov. 19. Several more attempts were made Nov. 20 to cash checks at other banks. Total loss was $1,767, reports said. An investigation is pending.

* A resident of the 1200 block of Broadview Avenue reported Nov. 12 that the rear window of her van was broken overnight, causing $200 in damage. The van was unlocked at the time, but nothing was reported missing.
