Volunteer sought to fill seat on Civil Service Commission

The city of Grandview Heights is seeking applicants to fill a seat on the Civil Service Commission.

Three electors of the city sit on the commission, which has the power to prescribe, amend and enforce rules for classified service positions, including civil service examinations, eligible lists, appointments, appeal procedures and job classification.

Meetings are held as needed at 5 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month.
