The Grandview-Carriage Place Players will present the comedy musical Into the Woods as its next production.
The play will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, July 18-19, and 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Grandview Heights High School, 1587 W. Third Ave.
Into the Woods features music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and intertwines the characters from many familiar fairy tales.
Several Grandview residents are among the cast of 22, including Grace Rhinehart as Cinderella, Elizabeth Bergman and Maggy Hamen as Cinderella's stepsisters, Andrew Bergman as Milky White the cow, Michelle Martin-Kessler as a dwarf and Jaden Allen as the assistant steward.
The show is recommended for ages 13 and older and runs about 21/2 hours with one intermission.
Tickets are $5 each and will be sold at the door.
