Amanda Glynn Card, the daughter of George Card and Vickie Harlan of Nashville, Tenn., and Douglas James McCoy, the son of Millard and Carol McCoy of Grove City, have announced their engagement and wedding plans.

The bride-to-be is expected to graduate from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn., in May with a bachelor's degree in theatre arts.

The future groom is a 2004 graduate of Bishop Ready High School. He anticipates receiving a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of the South in May.

The couple is planning a July wedding at the Chapel of the Apostles in Sewanee.

Ronald Garver of West Jefferson and Cathie Hilton of Grove City have announced the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Garver, to Randy Dineen.

He is the son of Donna Dineen of North Huntington, Pa.

The bride-to-be graduated from Grove City High School in 2000. She received a bachelor's degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2004 and is currently working toward a master's degree in counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary.

The groom-to-be graduated from Norwin High School in North Huntington, received a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University and a master's degree in sports and exercise psychology from Ball State University.

He is currently working at OSU as a career advisor in the Arts and Sciences Department.

An August wedding is planned.

Victor C. and Sandra (Gabriel) Casasanta celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on March 25.

The couple married in Sparta, N.C., on March 25, 1968.

They are the owners of Victor Casasanta Realty in Grove City. Mr. Casasanta is a Grandview native and attended St. Christopher School and Bishop Watterson High School.

They are the parents of Amy (John) Morrisey and Victor P. (Sherri) Casasanta.

They have six grandchildren.
