Grove City Development Department officials last week announced the launching of the Town Center Plan Web pages.

These pages "have been developed to keep property and business owners as well as residents and the general public informed and involved in this important planning effort," according to the announcement from Chuck Boso, development director. "Within these pages you will find information on previous and upcoming meetings and material; detailed demographic, consumer and business data; videos taken before and after the city's previous revitalization effort in the late 1980s; and much more.

"We invite you to view these pages and share with us your comments, suggestions and questions."

"The goal of the Town Center Plan is to develop a plan that addresses the current and future needs of the City's downtown area; assesses the physical connectivity and usage of buildings; analyzes the impacts of future development; and establishes policy guidelines to preserve the character of the Town Center and enhance the economic vitality of the area," according to the opening page of the site.

It may be accessed via Grove City's official Web site at www.grovecityohio.gov or more directly by going to http://www.grovecityohio.gov/cityDepartments/development/townCenterPlan/default.cfm.
