Connells Maple Lee Flowers and Gifts and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio have partnered to raise money for the nonprofit.

Connells Maple Lee has created a custom Web site, www.cmlflowers.com/colrmhc, for supporters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

For all flowers and gifts purchased on the Web site, Connells Maple Lee donates 20 percent to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

"It's a win for all parties involved and great example of our local business community stepping up to the plate to support our local nonprofits year-round," Jamie Foltz, development director for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, was quoted as saying in the announcement.

Greg Royer, president of Connells Maple Lee, said that giving back to the community has always been an important part of his company's success.

"We're very proud of this budding relationship," he said in a statement.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio provides a home-away-from-home for families with seriously ill children receiving treatment at local hospitals.
