Former Ohio State and Michigan players and coaches will celebrate the rivalry's rich history from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Buckeye Hall of Fame Café, 1421 Olentangy River Road.

Buckeye legends John Hicks and Jack Tatum are serving as chair and honorary co-chair of the event. Proceeds will benefit the Central Ohio Diabetes Association.

This year, two-time Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin will be honored on the 35th anniversary of his first Heisman award.

The evening will also include a question and answer session, live and silent auctions, an autograph session with the players and dinner.

Both Buckeye and Wolverine fans are invited to attend. Corporate tables and individual tickets are available.

The 87th annual TWIG Bazaar will offer unique, handcrafted holiday gift items from 10 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, in the Lausche Building at the Ohio Expo Center, 717 E. 17th Ave.

All proceeds will benefit Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Bazaar items will include lighted/decorated trees, jewelry, stationary, holiday ornaments, decorations and much more. Antiques, collectibles and home-baked treats will also be available.

TWIG is a volunteer organization that has raised more than $26-million for Children's since its inception in 1916.

The Trinity Lutheran Seminary Choir, soloists and chamber orchestra will perform Franz Josef Haydn's "Mass in D Minor" at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, in the Gloria Dei Worship Center on the Trinity campus, 2199 E. Main St.

Soloists are Aani Brown (soprano), Heather Darling (mezzo-soprano), Andrew Blosser (tenor) and Roger Griffiths (bass). Anne Saylor will serve as organist. The Trinity Seminary Choir sings under the direction of May Schwarz, director of the seminary's Master of Arts in church music program.
