Officers questioned the man and found him to be almost incoherent. They found nine bags of marijuana in his car, totaling 493.8 grams. He was taken to Franklin County jail.

An unknown person or people allegedly stole about $5,600 worth of electronic equipment from an apartment on Cedargrove Place South between the hours of 9:45 a.m. and 7:09 p.m.

More than $1,000 worth of pharmaceutical pills, eyeglasses and a briefcase allegedly were stolen from two vehicles owned by Forest Pharmaceuticals between 3:30 and 5 p.m. The vehicles were parked in the Cracker Barrel parking lot on Marlane Drive.
