As the result of the successful Taste of Grove City and Business Expo, the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce recently presented Don Swogger, vice president of the Grove City Food Pantry and Emergency Services, with a check for $2,048.

As the result of the successful Taste of Grove City and Business Expo, the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce recently presented Don Swogger, vice president of the Grove City Food Pantry and Emergency Services, with a check for $2,048.

The Taste of Grove City and Business Expo was held on March 24 at the South-Western Career Academy, 4750 Big Run South Road.

The expo featured more than 90 local businesses and 17 restaurants and caterers. It gave the community a chance to sample food items and products from area businesses.

Tom Schaumleffel has joined the staff of Saxton Real Estate as a sales associate.

He will work out of the Grove City office. Schaumleffel has worked in various positions in the real estate industry, from owning and managing residential properties to network marketing sales and customer service at a high rise condo in downtown Columbus.

He also is a member of the Columbus Young Professionals Club and Columbus Outdoor Pursuits.
