Reisling elected as South-Western school board president

The South-Western Board of Education Monday night elected Randy Reisling to serve as its president for 2013.

Reisling had served the past two years as vice president and served an earlier stint as president in 2010.

The board voted 4-1 to elect Reisling. Board member Jo Ellen Meyers, who nominated Karen Dover as president, cast the no vote.

Outgoing president Mindy Garverick was elected as vice president.
