Community center public meeting set
Grove City will host a community meeting to allow the public to provide feedback on a feasibility study concerning building a community center in Grove City to address the leisure needs of the population.
The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at the Kingston Center, 3226 Kingston Ave.
This meeting is open to anyone interested in obtaining additional details about the building project or sharing comments. Attendees will view various examples of elements frequently incorporated into community centers to address social, cultural, educational and informational needs as well as fulfilling health and wellness functions.
Participants will be asked to assess their interest level in these elements and contribute additional ideas.
