Two different golf outings are scheduled to take place in May in Grove City.

The Rotary Club of Grove City will host its annual golf outing Tuesday, May 7, at Pinnacle Golf Club, 1500 Pinnacle Club Drive.

The event includes a box lunch, buffet dinner, golf cart, door prizes and raffles. There also is a chance to win $10,000 with a "hole-in-one."

Golfers will play a scramble format and play begins at noon.

Check-in at the registration table begins at 11 a.m. Cost is $125 per player or $500 per team of four.

Sponsorship opportunities for the outing are available.

Registration forms and payment are due by Tuesday, April 30. Players, teams and sponsors can register and pay online at grovecityrotary.org.

Proceeds will benefit the programs and activities of the Rotary Club of Grove City.

Mayor Richard L. "Ike" Stage will host the 25th annual Grove City Mayor's Cup Golf Outing on Tuesday, May 14, at the Pinnacle Golf Club, 1500 Pinnacle Club Drive.

The event benefits LifeCare Alliance's Meals-on-Wheels program.

The outing follows a four-player scramble format. Participants tee off with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. and enjoy 18 holes of golf with a cart, a meal and the opportunity to win door prizes and hole contests.

The cost is $450 for a four-player team or $125 per individual to be assigned to a team. The deadline to register is Wednesday, May 8.
