Authorities have released the name of the woman killed in a one-car crash Wednesday morning, Aug. 28, in Pleasant Township.
While driving north at 8:25 a.m. Aug. 28 on Norton Road, June Creasap of Grove City, 73, veered off the road in her mini van south of Johnson Road, said the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. The vehicle struck a guard rail and a tree, according to a release from the office.
Creasap, the only occupant in the car, was taken to a local hospital where she later was pronounced dead.
Drugs and alcohol do not appear to have been factors in the accident, the sheriff's office said.
