Grove City resident Kacie D. Waugh has opened a law office with longtime Grove City attorney Thomas R. Clark. Clark & Waugh LLP is at 3083 Columbus St.
The partnership started on Jan. 1. Areas of practice include estate planning, probate, small business formation, guardianship, taxes and tax return preparation and family relations.
Both Waugh and Clark are graduates of Capital University Law School. Waugh previously worked for Clark as an intern. Waugh graduated summa cum laude in May 2013, ranking second in her class. She was also a staff member and articles editor of the Capital University Law School Law Review and was a peer adviser for first-year law students.
Waugh received her undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University in March 2010, graduating magna cum laude from the Fisher College of Business. She is a 2006 graduate of Grove City High School.
She is a member of the Grove City Chamber of Commerce, Grove City Rotary, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. She also previously worked in the real estate office of both her father, Chris Roach, and grandfather, B.J. Roach, both of Grove City.
