Members of the Hilliard Planning & Zoning Commission face another busy agenda when they hold their regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m., Thursday, June 12 in city council chambers.

A total of 14 cases are listed on the agenda posted on the city's web site. Among those are nine cases seeking variances to the city's signage and graphics code.

Two previously postponed cases are scheduled to return for consideration.

Vandelucci Development Co., c/o Drew Berlin and K2 Investments-Hilliard, LLC are seeking the approval of a modification of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning development plan and text for the Shoppes at Trueman, 3850 Trueman Court in subarea 3 of the Soma Company PUD.

The other previously postponed case on the agenda is a request by Cincinnati-based First Industrial LP for approval of a PUD zoning development plan for the proposed 57.77-acre Village at Britton Parkway development at 4300 Cemetery Road -- the intersection of Cemetery Road and Britton Parkway.

Other cases of interest on the June 12 agenda include:

A request by M&K Investments, 4810 Cemetery Road to permit patio fencing and outdoor dining facilities at Mel's Old Hilliard Grill, 4051 Main St.

A request by Lee's Catering LLC, 4057 Grant St., to permit the construction of a new 8,640-square-foot building at 4059 Wayne St.

A request by Barbara, MJC Holdings and Advanced Civil Designs, both of Avon, OH to approve a deed transfer a PUD Zoning Development Plan and modification to a PUD Zoning Development Plan to add 1.454 acres to an existing commercial development, the Campus at Alton Darby, 6500 Scioto Darby Creek Road.

Rockford Homes is seeking a variance for a 1-year extension for a subdivision development sign for Hampton Reserve, 4351 Glynwater Lane.

Rockford Homes is also seeking a variance for a 1-year extension for a subdivision development sign for Brickstone Green, 4248 Cosgray Road.

Brett Kaufman is seeking a variance for a 1-year extension for a subdivision development sign for Tremont Club, LLC, 4643 Tremont Club Drive.

Scott Rider is seeking a variance for a multi-tenant ground sign in the Old Hilliard District for The Rider Financial Group, 4094 Main Street.

Ansmil LLC is seeking a variance to permit a commercial real estate sign with a height greater than eight feet and display area greater than 32 square feet for Ansmil PUD, 4460 Leap Road and 4383 Davidson Road.

Buckeye Nissan, Inc., 3820 Parkway Lane, is seeking a variance to permit four signs to be illuminated continuously past the close of business.

Continental Builders is seeking a variance to permit two mounted signs on one parcel for Children's Hospital Close To Home, 3955 Brown Park Drive.

Vandelucci, Inc. of Westerville, OH is seeking a variance to permit two commercial real estate signs and display area in excess of 32 square feet.
