Trick-or-Treat night in Hilliard will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

The new winter program and activity guide will be available at the community center or online Nov. 1. The Web site is www. hilliardparksandrec.org.

The gym is open from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Fridays for Tyke Gym Time. Children ages two to four and a parent are welcome to enjoy toys, mats, books and socializing with others. This is a drop-in session. The cost is $2 per child.

Basic volleyball techniques and rules of play will be taught through fun drills and games in a six week session being held Tuesdays, Nov. 4-Dec.16. The program is open to those 10-14 years old. The cost is $60 residents; $65 non-residents.

Boot camp for kids will be held 4 p.m. Wednesdays, beginning Nov. 5. Instructor mixes and matches workouts, targeting strength, balance, core stability, agility, endurance, cardio and more. All youth ages 9-13 may participate. The cost is $40 residents; $45 non-residents.

A new session of Baby Boot Camp will begin Tuesday, Nov. 4. Baby Boot Camp is a stroller fitness program offering prenatal and postpartum classes nationwide. Prepare for labor, shed postpartum pounds, combat the "baby blues" and make new friends. This is a terrific exercise class designed just for mom. Bring your baby and get fit. Class will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 4-Dec. 18. The cost is $156 residents; $161 non-residents.

A new session of Fitness Fusion Adult Exercise class begins Tuesday, Nov. 4. The instructor mixes and matches workouts, targeting strength, balance, core stability, agility, endurance, cardio and more. All levels are invited to participate. Bring a mat, water bottle and exercise ball. The class will meet Tuesdays and Fridays, Nov. 4-Dec. 12. The cost is $60 residents; $65 non-residents.
