Sophomore Cory Trump, a Davidson graduate, represented the Capital men's track and field team in the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 14. Trump placed fourth in the high jump with a personal best of 6 feet, 8 3/4 inches. Trump became the first track All-American at Capital in a field event since Rick Meindl was third in the shot put in 1978.

Darby High School will have summer basketball and baseball camps. The basketball camp will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 1-4 at the high school for players in grades 3-9. Freshman Bill Davis, a Davidson graduate, was one of four goalkeepers to see action for the Susquehanna men's lacrosse team in a 15-3 loss to Dickinson on Feb. 25. Davis had a game-high 11 saves.
