A 21-year-old man was charged with failure to control and OVI after a one-car accident at Hayden Run and Wilcox roads. Police said the driver failed to stop at stop sign, continued straight across Hayden Run into a ditch and struck a tree. The driver and passenger were taken to a hospital.

Ten Pin Alley on Constitution Boulevard was broken into and a safe was broken, causing total of $4,000 damages. An employee was assaulted as the offenders were leaving, according to police reports.
