Franklin University has named Diana J. Frole of Hilliard as a winner of its Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award.

Franklin University has named Diana J. Frole of Hilliard as a winner of its Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award.

Frole has been teaching both online and face-to-face accounting courses at Franklin since 2001, and now teaches courses in the MBA program.

A graduate of Franklin, Frole excelled in a professional career that spanned more than 20 years in financial-operations management and public accounting, with a strong commitment to improving quality control, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

She was selected for the undergraduate Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award in 2005 and 2007, and in 2010 received a Silver Star Award for Excellence in Teaching.

The Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award is determined each trimester by Franklin's graduating class. Students select a faculty member who challenged them intellectually and guided them in finding the significance of course content as it related to them both professionally and personally.
